Edward B. McDade, 79, passed away November 9, 2010. He was born June 29, 1931 in Davisboro, GA. He proudly served our country in the US Marines. He received his Bachelor's Degree from Oglethorpe Univ. and his Master's Degree in arts and teaching from Jacksonville Univ. He taught in the Duval County Public School System for over 30 yrs. and has resided in Atlantic Beach since 1971. Edward is survived by his loving wife of 42 yrs., Nadine; daughters, Sharon and Helen; step-daughter, Betty; and brother, LeRoy. Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Friday, November 12th in Beaches Memorial Park Cemetery with Rev. Adam Scott officiating.
