CLIFTON PARK – Mrs. Ana M. Blizzard, 49, of LaCosta Drive, died Monday at Ellis Hospital, Schenectady, after a long illness. Mrs. Blizzard was born in Havana and also previously lived in Central America. She was a resident of Clifton Park since the late 1970s. She was a communicant of St. Edward the Confessor Church. Mrs. Blizzard was a homemaker. Survivors include her husband of 18 years, Charles E. Blizzard; a daughter, Lisa M. Miller of Clifton Park; a son, Stephen A. Yannatone of Clifton Park; her mother, Mary B. Fonts of Poughkeepsie; two brothers, Alfredo A. Fonts of Poughkeepsie and Raul A. Fonts of Providence, R.I.; and six sisters, Calatina Fonts Masvidal of Miami, Marla C. Crowell, Jacqueline M. Canevari and Michelle Gemmell, all of Poughkeepsie, Lizzett Barrager of Wilkes-Barre, Pa., and Janet M. Ellis of Suwanee, Ga. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Thursday at Assumption-St. Paul Church, William Street, Mechanicville. Burial will be in St. Paul’s Cemetery, Mechanicville. Calling hours are from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the DeVito-Salvadore Funeral Home, 39 S. Main St., Mechanicville. Contributions may be made to Community Hospice.
