So young to go. You were a good friend junior and senior year. I could out wrestle you but could not out hump you.  You could fly my friend. Amazing.

I have always thought of Chuck as one of the Boys of Mandarin. The truth is that I am not certain exactly where on the Southside Chuck grew up? What I do know is that I always liked him and appreciated him. Early this year, my window business in Jacksonville got a call from him asking for me and if I could help on a project he was considering. I returned his call and now I am very happy that I did .....it was like we just plugged in from knowing each other over 50 years ago.   RIP young man and here is to a life well lived.   Rahney
